| Reba is the other female GSD that we own (aside from Shiba). The impressiveness of her father was what caught my attention initially. Her father is humungous, as is she. They appear more like bears than dogs. Her father is nearly 35 inches tall, which is astonishing (GSDs normally only reach 24-25 inches tall). Reba is just as impressive as her father, if not more so. She is extremely lovable and loyal. Reba is very intelligent, also. She has learned how to open the latch on her pen, so we must use wire to keep it closed. However, even when she gets out of her pen, she isn't a problem. She loves her home and us too much to leave, so she just stands and waits for us to let her back into her pen. She is also a very efficient mother. When she had puppies, she actually picked one up and brought it to the fence to "show it off" to me. |
